Angela Richardson

If you’ve been watching the AI conversation from the sidelines, curious, a little skeptical, and honestly unsure where you’d even begin, I want you to know that’s a completely reasonable place to be. The noise around AI is relentless, the promises are enormous, and much of the advice seems written for tech companies or people who already know what a “large language model” is. You don’t need to be one of them to begin.

I’ve spent about 25 years working in marketing and helping businesses grow. For the past three years, I’ve also been an avid user of AI, using it to help grow my own business and assisting clients as they put AI to work in theirs. That experience has taught me that business owners deserve a straight answer to a simple question: Where does AI actually fit in a business like mine?

Not a theoretical answer or a demo of an impressive tool. A practical, honest answer that takes your tasks, your time, your customers, and the way your business runs day to day into account. My training as a DigitalMarketer Certified Content Marketing Specialist, Customer Acquisition Specialist, Customer Value Optimization Specialist, and Email Marketing Specialist informs how I look at the connection between marketing, customer communication, and business growth.

Everything in this school should help you do something useful. We start by mapping your business, including the tasks that eat your time, repetitive messages, and admin that never quite gets done. From there, you’ll explore how AI may help with your specific work, how to write prompts that get better results, how to use AI for content and customer communication without losing your voice, and how to check its work before it reaches a customer.

I also want to be honest about what AI can’t do, because that matters just as much. AI gets things wrong and can sound confident when it is incorrect. It needs a human in the loop, and that human is you. I want you to learn how to fact-check, use good judgment, and stay in control of your business’s reputation.

My hope is that you finish with useful work you can apply in your business, a better sense of where AI fits, and more confidence deciding what is worth your time and what isn’t. Come in with your real business in mind. That’s exactly what this school is designed for.
