Freddy Foster

If you've ever closed a tab about AI because it felt like it was written for someone else — someone with a computer science degree, or a tolerance for acronyms and equations — I want you to know: that's not a you problem. That's a communication problem. And it's exactly what I built this course to fix.

Here's what I know about where you might be right now: AI is showing up everywhere in your professional life, and maybe your personal life too. You're curious — genuinely curious — but most of what's out there either talks down to you or flies right over your head. You're not sure what questions to even ask. And there's a low-level anxiety that maybe you're falling behind, that everyone else somehow already gets this. I hear that a lot. You're not alone in it.

What I've built here is the course I wish existed when I was trying to make sense of all this: one that respects your intelligence without assuming your background. We start with how AI actually works — machine learning, neural networks, large language models — explained the way a thoughtful friend would explain them, not a textbook. We move into real, practical territory: how to use AI tools well at work, how to write prompts that produce results you can actually use, how to fact-check and critically evaluate what AI gives you. And we take the ethics seriously — data privacy, bias, what AI means for jobs — because literacy means understanding the whole picture.

Here's the thing I care most about: I don't want you to finish this course knowing a bunch of facts about AI. I want you to finish it with a new way of thinking — one that helps you keep up as the technology keeps changing, evaluate new tools when they arrive, and engage with all of it from a place of confidence instead of anxiety. That's the real outcome. A personal AI literacy framework that belongs to you.

If you've been waiting for the version of this that was actually made for you — this is it. Come learn with me. You can do this, and I'll be with you the whole way.
