Who it's for

Is this you?

The skeptical VP

She's fielding three vendor pitches a quarter and needs a rigorous framework to separate real capability from polished demos — fast.

He needs to speak confidently about AI strategy in quarterly reviews without getting caught out on concepts he can't clearly explain.

The ops & tech manager

He bridges business and technical teams and wants the vocabulary and frameworks to lead AI pilots without being steamrolled by specialists.

The people & culture lead

She's navigating AI's impact on hiring, workforce planning, and team trust — and needs to assess risks before her organization makes headlines for the wrong reason.

The growth-stage founder

He's deciding whether to build, buy, or partner on AI and needs a strategic lens — not a technical tutorial — to make the right call for his business.

The seasoned department head

She knows her industry inside out but feels left behind by AI's pace, and wants a credible 3-year roadmap she can own and present to her leadership team.

If you're reading this, there's a good chance you're in a frustrating position. Everyone around you is talking about AI — your vendors are pitching it, your board is asking about it, your competitors claim to be deploying it — and yet the honest answer, the one most senior leaders won't say out loud, is: I'm not sure I understand it well enough to lead on it. That's not a character flaw. It's the entirely predictable result of a technology that moved faster than the frameworks leaders were given to evaluate it.

I built this school because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable executives making avoidable mistakes — not because they lacked intelligence, but because they lacked the right mental models. They'd get sold on a demo that didn't reflect real-world performance. They'd greenlight a pilot without defining what success looked like. They'd skip the ethics and legal review until a problem surfaced publicly. None of those mistakes required technical expertise to prevent. They required structured thinking and the right questions — and that's exactly what this curriculum gives you.

Here's what I want you to know about how this school is designed. Every concept is taught at the level of consequence, not mechanics. You don't need to understand how a transformer model is trained; you need to understand what it means for your data privacy exposure, your vendor contract, and your customer trust. We'll cover machine learning, generative AI, and automation — clearly, accurately, and with zero jargon — because a leader who can explain these things credibly to a board or a nervous team is a leader who commands the room. But we go well beyond vocabulary. The evaluation frameworks, the prioritization matrix, the pilot management playbook, the 3-year roadmap — these are decision-making tools, and they're built to be used, not filed away.

I also want to address the objection I hear most: I'm too busy for this. The school is structured so each section connects directly to a decision you're likely facing in the near term. You won't be banking abstract knowledge for some hypothetical future conversation — you'll be building the muscle to handle the pitch that's already in your inbox, the board question that's coming next quarter, the pilot your team is asking you to approve. This is professional leverage, not professional development for its own sake.

You don't need to become a technologist. You need to become the leader your organization can trust to make sound, responsible, forward-looking calls on AI. That's what this school is for. I'd be glad to have you in it.
