If you're reading this, I'll bet your week looks something like mine used to: a project plan that needs updating, a status report due by Friday, a RAID log that's quietly getting stale, and a stakeholder who wants a "quick summary" of last Tuesday's call — which was 90 minutes long and mostly chaos.
I've spent a long time in the PM seat. And when AI tools started maturing to the point where they could actually help with real PM work — not just write a birthday card or summarise a Wikipedia article — I got genuinely excited. Not because I was looking for shortcuts, but because the grunt work was eating the strategic work. Every hour I spent formatting a project charter was an hour I wasn't spending thinking about risks, stakeholder dynamics, or whether the plan actually made sense.
What I found was that most of the AI guidance out there was either too generic ("just ask ChatGPT!") or too technical for someone who just wants to get a deliverable out the door. So I built this school from the ground up around the actual artefacts a PM produces — the charters, the risk registers, the comms, the specs — and the specific prompts and workflows that make AI genuinely useful for each one.
