Derick Faison

If you're leading a small church, I already know something about your week. You prepped a sermon, answered a dozen emails, figured out why the projector stopped working, followed up with a volunteer who went quiet, and tried to remember when you last had a day off. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, you probably wondered: Is there a better way to do this?

There is. And it doesn't require hiring a staff you can't afford or adopting some massive church-growth system designed for a congregation ten times your size. It requires getting honest about where your current systems are breaking down, identifying the leaders who are already in your pews, and learning to use the tools available to you — including some remarkably powerful AI tools — in ways that actually fit small-church ministry.

That's what I built this school to do. Every section comes out of real questions I've seen small-church leaders wrestle with: How do we stop losing volunteers to burnout? How do we reach our neighborhood when we barely have a budget? How do we plan for a whole year without it falling apart by February? I don't have corporate-consultant answers to those questions. I have pastoral, practical, hard-won ones — and I've organized them into a path you can actually walk.

I want to be honest with you about what this school is and isn't. It isn't a magic-growth formula. It isn't a shortcut around the hard, faithful work of ministry. What it is — what I genuinely believe it will be for you — is a trusted companion for building something more sustainable. A church with real operational rhythms. Leaders who are growing. Communications that don't take your whole Tuesday. A community presence that reflects your church's actual gifts. A plan that your whole team can own and execute together.

Your church's size is not a ceiling. It's a starting point. I'd be honored to help you build from here — come on in.
