Mikael Davis
If you're reading this, you're probably somewhere between determined and overwhelmed. You know you want to go to medical school. You know the AMCAS application is standing between you and that goal. And you've probably opened the application portal, stared at the personal statement box, and quietly closed your laptop.
Several of my clients have been there — and I've sat across from dozens of students just like you. The AMCAS application isn't hard because the questions are complicated. It's hard because nobody teaches you how to answer them. You're expected to write a narrative-driven personal statement with zero training in personal narrative. You're asked to describe 15 of the most meaningful experiences of your life in 700 characters each. You're supposed to build a school list from a spreadsheet of statistics and somehow intuit which schools are a "fit." It's a lot — and the stakes feel enormous.
That's exactly why I built The AMCAS Blueprint the way I did: in a deliberate sequence, with specific exercises at every step, and with built-in feedback so you're never just writing into a void. We start where most applicants skip — orientation, timeline, and identifying the core themes of your candidacy — because if you don't know what story you're telling, no amount of polishing will save your application. From there, we move through every component: personal statement foundations, refinement, Work & Activities, letters of recommendation, school list strategy, secondary prep, and finally a full narrative audit of your integrated application. Nothing is siloed. Everything connects.
I designed this course around one principle: your application should sound like you — the smartest, clearest, most purposeful version of you. Not a generic pre-med. Not a walking GPA. You. The AI review sessions, the structured drafting exercises, the email templates for recommenders, the MSAR workshops — they're all in service of that goal. By the time you hit submit, you won't be hoping it's good enough. You'll know it is.
This is the course I wish existed when I first helped my graduate assistants and undergraduate students successfully navigate this process. I'm glad you found it. LET'S GET TO WORK!
