Hello, and welcome. I'm so glad you're here — and I mean that sincerely, not as a formality.
I wrote Anchored in Gratitude because I needed it. Like many of you, I've faced seasons of life that felt overwhelming — moments where it was hard to find solid ground. What I discovered, slowly and sometimes reluctantly, was that the anchor I was searching for wasn't out there somewhere. It was in the small, quiet, easily overlooked gifts already surrounding me: a stranger's unexpected kindness, a moment of stillness in a chaotic day, the remarkable fact of waking up to a new morning.
I'm not here as someone who has it all figured out. I'm here as someone who has walked this path, stumbled on it, and found real peace through the practice of genuine, everyday gratitude. I created this school to share what I've learned — and to walk alongside you as you discover your own anchor.
