Meeting Your Anger
Before any transformation can happen, women must be welcomed into an honest, shame-free relationship with their anger. This foundational module dismantles the cultural and gendered conditioning that teaches women anger is dangerous, ugly, or unacceptable — and begins the work of recognising anger as a natural, intelligent signal.

Feeling the Fire Without Getting Burned
This module delivers the somatic and emotional regulation skills that make it physically possible to feel intense anger without being swept away by it or dissociating from it. Students learn what anger does inside the body, develop a grounding toolkit, and build the witnessing capacity to stay present with themselves in the heat of the moment.

I want you to know something straight away: there is nothing wrong with you. What you're carrying is the weight of a story that was handed to you very young — the story that a woman's anger is dangerous, destructive, unbecoming. That story got into your body.
