Hi, I'm the founder of Anipaul Institute, and animation has been the through-line of my entire creative life. I started the way most animators do — endlessly rewinding movies frame by frame, filling sketchbooks with characters I desperately wanted to see move, and piecing together whatever knowledge I could find online. Over the years I worked my way into professional production, and eventually realized that the biggest thing separating struggling animators from working ones wasn't talent — it was structured, principled practice. I built Anipaul Institute to be the resource I wish I'd had: rigorous enough to actually make you good, and approachable enough that you don't need a film school acceptance letter to get started.
