Ace AQA Geography GCSE
Every topic, every case study, every mark-scheme trick — structured exactly the way AQA examines it, so you walk into Papers 1, 2, and 3 knowing precisely what to write.

Content without technique leaves marks on the table — so we build both, side by side, from day one.— Renstay

I know exactly where you are right now. Geography feels like a lot — a dozen topics, a stack of case studies to memorise, three separate papers, and the nagging feeling that everyone else has somehow figured out what examiners actually want from a 9-mark answer. You haven't missed something obvious. The course really is that broad, and most students only get shown the content, not the technique. That gap is what this school is here to close.
Here's the honest truth about AQA Geography GCSE: the students who do best aren't necessarily the ones who know the most facts. They're the ones who've learned how to use their knowledge under exam conditions. They know that an 'explain' question needs a clear cause–effect chain. They know that an 'assess' question needs a structured argument with evidence on both sides, not a brain dump. They know which case study detail will impress an examiner and which is just filler. That's all teachable — and that's exactly what we work on together here.
Every section of this school follows the same pattern: understand the geography, lock in the right case study evidence, then practise writing about it the way AQA rewards. We go through tectonic hazards, river landscapes, coasts, glaciation, urbanisation, economic development, and resource management — the whole Paper 1 and Paper 2 world. Then we make sure your geographical skills and fieldwork knowledge are solid for Paper 3. And running through everything, from the very first lesson, is exam technique: the Point–Evidence–Explanation–Link framework, command word breakdowns, and timed practice that makes the real thing feel familiar rather than frightening.
I've built this because the resources that exist tend to do one of two things: either explain the content really well but leave you guessing how to write it up, or drill exam technique in a vacuum without making sure the underlying geography is secure. You need both, taught together, so that's what you get here.
If you're a student: come exactly as you are, wherever you are in the course. If you're a parent trying to support your child through this: the structure here makes that much easier, and you're very welcome too. If you're a tutor: I hope this saves you prep time and gives your students something solid to work with between sessions.
Let's get you the grade your hard work deserves. Everything you need is here — let's get started.
