Hey. I'm really glad you're here — and I know that for a lot of us, even finding this page took something.

Maybe you've spent years trying to make neurotypical systems work and quietly concluding the problem was you. Maybe you got a late diagnosis, or figured out you were AuDHD on your own, and suddenly a lot of your life started making a painful, clarifying kind of sense. Maybe you're just exhausted — from masking, from recovering from meltdowns in secret, from explaining yourself to people who don't quite get it, from running on empty and calling it functioning.

I built AuDHDaptions because that content gap is real. So much of what's out there for ADHD ignores autism. So much of what's out there for autism ignores ADHD. And almost all of it ignores trauma — which, for so many of us, is woven right through the whole picture. I wanted to create something that actually starts with our nervous systems, our real capacity, and our real history. Not a productivity system retrofitted for a "quirky" brain. A genuine rethink, from the ground up.

What you'll find here isn't a magic fix or a 10-step plan to become a high-functioning version of yourself. What you'll find is a framework for actually understanding your wiring — the way autism and ADHD interact specifically in your body, the survival patterns that made sense once and now cost you so much, the sensory and emotional regulation strategies that can actually be reached for in the messy middle of a bad day. And then, slowly, the building blocks of something that works: low-demand anchors, honest energy accounting, communication tools that don't require you to abandon yourself to use them.
