Tameka Bonner

Hey, love. I want to start by saying something I wish someone had said to me a long time ago: you are not broken for being exhausted. You are not weak for needing rest. And you are absolutely not selfish for wanting a life that includes you in it.

I know what it feels like to be the woman everyone leans on — the one who holds it all together, who says yes before she's even thought it through, who falls into bed at night running through tomorrow's list instead of actually resting. I know what it's like to try to carve out a moment for yourself and immediately feel the guilt creeping in, whispering that you should be doing something more useful. I've been there. And I built this school because I believe with my whole heart that you deserve a way out of that cycle — not someday, but now.

School of Peace isn't a spa menu or a list of self-care tips you'll forget by Tuesday. It's a guided, honest, deeply practical journey into why your peace keeps getting disrupted, what's actually standing between you and rest, and how to build the habits, boundaries, and rituals that protect your calm in your real life — with your real schedule, your real family, your real job. We go all the way from naming your peace disruptors and learning how to respond instead of react, to creating a home environment that genuinely feels like a sanctuary, to finishing a full 30-day practice that makes choosing yourself something you do automatically, not apologetically.

I know the objection sitting in the back of your mind right now: "But what about everything else I have to take care of?" I hear you. And my answer is this — you cannot pour from empty. Every section of this school was built with that truth in mind. The caregivers, the working moms, the professionals holding six things at once — there is a seat at this table specifically for you, and the lessons will meet you exactly where you are.

You don't have to earn rest. You don't have to finish the to-do list first. You just have to be willing to walk through this door and let someone finally pour back into you.

I'll be right here. Come on in. 🤍
