CP

Cory Pariseau

I want to start by saying something that took me a long time to be able to say out loud: I spent years being very good at a version of myself that wasn't really me.

Not because I was dishonest. Not because I didn't try. But because, like most of us, I learned early that the world rewards certain performances — and I got very practiced at delivering them. I was agreeable when I was frustrated. I was fine when I wasn't. I made choices that looked right from the outside and felt hollow from the inside. And I kept waiting for the feeling of being home in my own life to just… show up eventually.

It didn't show up on its own. It required something harder and more worthwhile: honest, patient, uncomfortable inner work. The kind that asks you to sit with questions you've been walking past for years. The kind that doesn't promise a quick fix, because real things don't work that way.

That process — the excavating, the unmasking, the slowly learning to live from the inside out — is what this school is built from. Not from a formula I read somewhere, but from work I've actually done and continue to do. I'm not standing above you with answers. I'm walking this path too, and I've built this curriculum to be the companion I wish I'd had: honest, unhurried, and genuinely interested in you — not a better-performing version of you, but the real one underneath.

What we do here isn't magic, and it isn't always comfortable. We look at the life you inherited and the expectations you've been carrying. We examine the masks that kept you safe and the people-pleasing patterns that cost you something. We excavate the values that are yours, not borrowed. We practice the daily habit of turning inward with curiosity instead of judgment. We work on saying out loud what you actually need. And finally, we begin to sketch a life that fits the person you actually are.

If any part of you recognized itself in that description of exhaustion — the particular tiredness of pretending — then I think you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Come in. There's real work to do, and it's worth it.
