Mapping Your Nervous System — Know Your Pattern

Equips learners with the self-assessment literacy to identify their dominant nervous system state. Understanding one's own pattern is the essential prerequisite to choosing and applying somatic tools in Module 3. The integrative capstone module. Learners replace shame-driven eating with embodied self-compassion, rewire the emotional eating loop, build an intuitive eating practice anchored in nervous system safety, and synthesise all prior learning into a personalised, ongoing protocol.
