If you're here, there's a decent chance you've been feeling like something's off. Not broken, not depressed (though maybe that too, sometimes) — just foggy. Scattered. Running on fumes and wondering why the things that used to come easily now take twice the effort. You've probably already tried a few things. Maybe a meditation app, maybe a sleep tracker, maybe just more coffee and a sternly worded note to yourself about "getting it together." And none of it quite stuck, because none of it actually told you what was going on.
That's not a willpower problem. That's a measurement problem. Your brain is a system — a complicated, beautiful, deeply personal one — and systems don't improve when you throw random interventions at them. They improve when you understand them. BrainTrack exists because I got tired of watching genuinely capable people spin their wheels trying to "fix" their focus or sleep or motivation without any clear picture of where they were starting from or why one thing might help them when something else wouldn't.
So here's what we actually do: we measure first, always. On Day 0 you score yourself across six domains — Sleep, Stress, Attention, Drive, Regulation, and Memory — and you leave with a real baseline, not a vibe. Then we move through 90 days in the order the science actually demands: stabilize your sleep and nervous system before you try to train anything else (trying to sharpen attention on a dysregulated nervous system is like trying to paint a wall that's still wet), then build attention and motivation using what we know about how dopamine and reward circuitry actually work, then integrate the deeper stuff — emotional regulation, memory, energy rhythms, the ruminative loops that quietly drain everything. At 30, 60, and 90 days, you retest. You see your own curve. You stop taking anyone's word for it, including mine.
I want to be honest with you about something: I'm not going to promise miracles, and I'm not going to tell you that every protocol in here is backed by fifteen randomized controlled trials, because that would be a lie, and you deserve better than that. What I will tell you is that I'm careful — really careful — about the line between what's proven, what's promising, and what's hype. We call that out explicitly throughout the course, because I think the most empowering thing I can do is teach you to read the science yourself, not just hand you a list of things to do.
