You are already operating at a level where the stakes are real. You are sitting in governance meetings where IoT investment decisions run into eight figures. The Brown Tech IoT Executive certification is structured around the actual accountability surface of a senior technology leader in a connected enterprise. Not IoT as a technology topic. The Chapter Summary module exists not because I assume you are unfamiliar with IoT foundations, but because executive strategy requires a shared, precise vocabulary — across edge computing, industrial IoT, smart cities, intelligent facilities, critical infrastructure, and operational resilience. We establish that baseline deliberately and move quickly.

What you will carry out of this program is a complete Executive Portfolio: a strategy document, a roadmap, a framework, a KPI dashboard, a governance register, a leadership journal, and a ten-year connected enterprise vision. Not a certificate of attendance. A body of work.
