"The leaders who will define the next decade of enterprise automation are not the ones who understand robotics the best — they are the ones who govern it with the most rigor, and that is precisely what this program is built to produce."Pauline Brown Smith, EdD

Who it's for

Is this you?

C-Suite Executives

CEOs and COOs who must sponsor enterprise robotics investments and defend them to boards need the governance fluency and strategic frameworks this program delivers.

Engineering Directors

Senior technical leaders moving into enterprise-wide accountability need the strategy, risk management, and stakeholder alignment skills to translate engineering capability into organizational outcomes.

Operations Leaders

VP- and director-level operations executives responsible for deploying and scaling autonomous systems need structured implementation planning and lifecycle management frameworks they can actually execute.

Chief Risk Officers

CROs and risk directors who must assess, register, and govern robotics risk across the enterprise will build the assurance scorecards, readiness reviews, and audit-ready frameworks this role demands.

Digital Transformation Leaders

Executives driving enterprise-wide automation and intelligent integration strategies need a robotics-specific governance and roadmapping discipline to anchor their broader transformation mandate.

Aspiring Chief Robotics Officers

Senior professionals positioning for the emerging CRO or Head of Automation role need a board-ready portfolio and verified competency framework to make that case with authority.

Pauline Brown Smith, EdD

You are a senior leader. You have sat in the room where the robotics investment decision gets made, where the board asks the question no one prepared for, where the governance gap becomes visible at exactly the wrong moment. You know what it costs when the strategy is technically sound but institutionally indefensible — and you know the difference between an executive who commands this space and one who is managed by it.

That distinction is what Brown Tech Executive Robotics is built to close.

I designed this program because the education market is saturated with robotics content aimed at engineers and data scientists — and almost entirely silent on what senior leaders actually need. You do not need to learn how to program a robot. You need to know how autonomous systems architectures work well enough to govern them, how safety engineering principles translate into board accountability, how to build a risk register that survives a regulatory audit, and how to construct a twenty-year transformation roadmap that a CFO will sign off on. That is a very different curriculum from anything that exists in the market today. So we built it from the ground up.

The program is structured around the full executive mandate: from foundational fluency in autonomous systems, perception, and human–AI collaboration, through the rigorous work of governance framework design, ethics integration, and cybersecurity assurance, and into the strategic disciplines of phased implementation, investment prioritization, KPI dashboard design, and enterprise roadmapping. Every module is designed to produce a professional-grade artifact — not an exercise, not a reflection prompt, but a deliverable you could place in front of a board tomorrow.

The capstone — the Brown Tech Master Robotics Portfolio — is the proof point. You will assemble a complete, board-ready strategy portfolio, defend it before a simulated executive review board, and emerge with a verified body of work that demonstrates strategic command to any audience that matters: investors, regulators, boards, and the organizations you lead.

If you are accountable for robotics decisions at scale — or you are preparing to be — this is where that accountability becomes a capability. I invite you to begin.
