If you're reading this, I already know a few things about your day.

You started this morning with a list. By 9 a.m., that list was buried under a staffing call, a family email that needed a careful response, a reg update you haven't had time to translate into anything actionable, and at least one document that you — specifically you — are the only person who can write. You're the most capable person in your operation. You're also the bottleneck.

I built Care Ops AI because the standard AI advice doesn't work for operators like us. "Use ChatGPT to save time" isn't a workflow. It's a suggestion. What a licensed care agency actually needs is a system — one that respects the compliance constraints of our environment, speaks the language of census and corrective action plans and survey prep, and produces output you can use today, not after three rounds of editing. That's what this course is.

Everything here is operationally grounded. The RCRQ and P3 prompt frameworks aren't abstract writing theory — they're the specific structure that gets Claude to produce a usable referral-source brief or a corrective action plan on the first try. The Capture Tools section exists because I watched operators lose hours every week to the gap between what happened on the floor and what got documented. Granola, voice memos, Loom → SOP: these are the tools that close that gap. The compliance reflex — the practice of keeping resident data completely out of every AI interaction — is baked into how you'll write every single prompt from day one, because in our world, that line is non-negotiable.

I respect how busy you are, so I'll be direct: this course will not change your operation by itself. You have to run the workflows.
