Lead Change That Actually Sticks!
A rigorous, practitioner-built seminar for managers and leaders who are done watching transformation initiatives collapse under resistance, politics, and poor execution — and are ready to make change a genuine organizational capability.

"Change doesn't fail in the boardroom — it fails in the gap between strategy and human behavior, and that's exactly the gap we're going to close."
— Val (Valdas) Samonis

Val (Valdas) Samonis
If you're reading this, there's a reasonable chance you're in the middle of a change initiative that isn't going the way it was supposed to. Or you've just come out of one and you're still picking up the pieces. Or you're about to lead one and you don't want to repeat the patterns you've seen fail too many times.
I get it. I've spent decades working with leaders navigating exactly that territory — reorganisations that stalled, digital transformations that hit a wall of human resistance, culture change programs that looked great in the deck and died in the hallway. What I've learned, again and again, is that the strategy is rarely the problem. The problem is that organizations underinvest massively in the human, political, and communicative work that determines whether change actually lands.
That's what this seminar is designed to fix. I built Change Management 21C because I was frustrated with how change management is usually taught: as a checklist, or as pure theory, or as a one-framework-fits-all system that ignores the messy reality of organizations under pressure. The leaders I work with need something sharper. They need to understand why Kotter works brilliantly in some contexts and stalls in others. They need to know how to read a stakeholder map and actually act on it — not just file it. They need to be able to walk into a difficult conversation with a resistant senior leader and come out the other side with momentum, not a political wound.
Here's what I want for you by the time you finish this seminar: I want you to be the person in your organization who understands change at a level most leaders simply don't. The person who can diagnose why something is failing before it fully fails. Who can build a coalition that outlasts the initial enthusiasm. Who can craft a change narrative that makes the C-suite and the frontline both feel like the destination is worth reaching. And who can design a measurement approach that gives you genuine early warning — not just a green dashboard that turns red the day everything falls apart.
This isn't a course for people who want a certificate to add to their LinkedIn profile. It's a seminar for leaders who are serious about doing the hardest, most important, and most underrated work in business. I'm glad you're here. Let's get to work.
