If you're a childcare director or program leader, I know what your plate looks like. You're managing licensing requirements, supporting teachers, communicating with families, and somehow also supposed to be leading a quality improvement process — often without a dedicated budget, a data coordinator, or extra hours in the day. I built Childcare Quality Lab because I kept seeing the same gap: directors who genuinely wanted to improve their programs but didn't have a practical, realistic system for doing it.
