Who it's for

Is this you?

The Chronically Reactive

They know they're too easily triggered — by social media, by criticism, by conflict — and desperately want a practical framework to pause, discern, and respond with intention instead of emotion.

The Burned-Out Believer

A faithful, purpose-driven Christian who has quietly exhausted themselves fighting battles on every front and is ready to learn which ones actually belong to them.

The Peacekeeping Parent

They want to model emotional wisdom and spiritual maturity for their children, but first need to untangle their own reactive patterns and learn to protect the peace in their home.

The Social Media Weary

Constantly pulled into online debates and provocation, they're ready to understand the attention-capture game being played — and opt out of it without abandoning their convictions.

The Purpose-Seeker

They sense God has a specific assignment for their life but feel perpetually distracted by drama, noise, and conflict that keeps them from making meaningful progress.

The Reluctant Boundary-Setter

They've always struggled to walk away from conflict without guilt, and need the spiritual permission and practical tools to establish boundaries as an act of strength, not failure.

Timothy Atunnise

I want to speak honestly to where you might be right now.

You're tired. Not necessarily in a dramatic way — but in that slow, grinding way that comes from caring too much about too many things that, deep down, you know weren't yours to carry. Maybe it's the arguments that go nowhere. The criticism from people who don't even know you. The social media post that hijacked three hours of your day and left you feeling worse than before. The relationship conflict that keeps recycling. And through all of it, there's this quiet frustration — because you're a person of faith, you want to live with purpose, and yet somehow you keep finding yourself reactive, drained, and far from the peace God promised.

I built this course because I've sat with that tension personally, and I've walked alongside enough people to know it's not a character flaw. It's a wisdom gap. Nobody taught us how to choose our battles. We were taught to stand up for what's right — which is true — but not how to tell the difference between a battle connected to our calling and a distraction engineered to pull us off course. And in a world designed to capture your attention and provoke a reaction, that gap costs us dearly.

What I've tried to create here isn't a shortcut or a spiritual pep talk. It's a real framework — rooted in scripture, tested in real life — that gives you the tools to pause before you react, to examine what's actually driving you, to recognize when you're being baited, and to make peace-based decisions with wisdom and conviction. You'll learn what silence really communicates when used with intention. You'll understand how to set boundaries that protect your peace without apology. You'll know which conflicts deserve your full engagement — and which ones you can release without guilt, without loss, and without feeling like you gave up.

The Battle-Selection Plan you'll build by the end of this course isn't an abstract exercise. It becomes your personal filter — a clarity tool you'll return to whenever something comes at you demanding your energy, your emotion, or your time. It keeps you anchored to your assignment and focused on what God actually called you to do.

If you're ready to stop being moved by everything and start being led by something — something higher, something purposeful — I'd love to walk you through this. The peace you're looking for isn't far. But it does require a decision to stop fighting battles that were never yours to win.
