Leigh Baumann
Here's something I noticed a while back: the professionals getting the most out of AI aren't necessarily the most technical people in the room. They're just the ones who figured out how to have better conversations with it.
If you've opened Claude (or any AI tool) and walked away thinking "I don't really get it" — I want you to know that's not a you problem. It's a teaching problem. Most of what's out there is either written for engineers or stuck at the "here are 50 prompts to copy-paste" level. Neither of those actually changes how you work.
I built this course because I wanted something I could hand to a smart, busy person — a manager, a consultant, a business owner — and say: do this, in this order, and you'll have a real skill by the end. Not a party trick. Not a tool you open once a month. A skill you use every single morning.
The 20-Hour AI Playbook is structured around the way professionals actually think and work. We start with the foundations that unlock everything else — the Golden Triangle of Role, Task, and Context — and then we move through practical skills by the tasks you already have: writing, thinking through problems, planning, research, communication. Every exercise uses real work, not made-up examples. Your capstone project is done in your field, on something you actually care about.
I kept the course to 20 hours on purpose. That constraint forced me to cut everything that's interesting but not essential, and keep only what you'll use. The 20% that drives 80% of the results — that's all we're doing here. No rabbit holes. No theory for theory's sake. Just skills you'll use on Monday.
I'm genuinely excited for you to start. The moment it clicks — when you send a first draft in ten minutes instead of an hour, or when Claude helps you think through something you'd been stuck on — that's a moment worth getting to. Let's get there.
