Dawn Olson

If you're reading this, you're probably somewhere I recognize: you have Copilot, you've used it a few times, and the results have been… fine. Sometimes good. Sometimes a total rewrite. You're not sure what separates the prompts that work from the ones that don't, and you don't have time to experiment your way to an answer.

I built this course because that gap — between having the tool and actually getting value from it — is entirely closeable. It just requires understanding a few things about how Copilot actually processes what you type, and then applying that understanding with some structure. Once you have that structure, the results change fast.

What we cover in Copilot Pro isn't theory. It's the practical stuff: how to frame a prompt so Copilot knows exactly what role it's playing, who the audience is, what constraints it's working within, and what "good output" looks like for your specific task. We go deep on the apps that eat up most of your working week — Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams — and we don't leave until you've got a workflow that actually sticks.

The thing I want you to walk away with most isn't any single technique. It's confidence. Confidence to look at a Copilot output and know immediately whether it's right, how to fix it without starting over, and how to prompt differently next time so you don't have to fix it at all. That's the shift from casual user to power operator — and it's a smaller jump than you think.

This course is taught in plain business English. No jargon, no fluff, no "let's circle back on the synergies." Just clear, collegial walkthroughs of techniques that work in the real work you're already doing. Come as you are. Leave sharper.
