What you'll learn

What you'll be able to do

  • Identify the cumulative sources of your personal toxic load — from inner stress and trauma to environmental, dietary, and digital exposures — using a structured room-by-room framework.
  • Apply evidence-based strategies to reduce oxidative burden from water contaminants, heavy metals, halogens, EMFs, mold, and PFAS in your home and daily environment.
  • Redesign your plate using traditional and biblical food principles, eliminating excitotoxins and ultra-processed foods while building a nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory eating pattern.
  • Deploy core tools of restoration — therapeutic herbs, strategic fasting, movement, sweating, and targeted supplementation — with confidence and a clear personal protocol.
  • Recognize how the inner life (thought patterns, chronic stress, relational health, and digital habits) drives physical disease, and use specific practices to begin healing from the inside out.
  • Build and live a personalized Restored Life plan that integrates all five domains of detoxification into sustainable daily rhythms, and articulate your transformation in a capstone essay.

Welcome: Understanding the Whole-Person Toxic Load

This foundational module orients students to the course's central thesis: chronic disease is not random — it is the cumulative result of a whole-person toxic load that conventional medicine rarely measures. Before we can detox anything, we need to understand what we're dealing with and why the inside-out framework changes everything. Students leave this module with a clear mental map of the course, a beginning sense of their own toxic burden, and the courage to keep going.

  • 1.1What Is Toxic Load — and Why Your Doctor Hasn't Mentioned ItIncluded
  • 1.2How to Use This Course: The Inside-Out FrameworkIncluded
2

The Inner Rooms — Healing Starts Where No Lab Test Goes

This is the heart of the inside-out philosophy. Before we move a single chemical out of the home or off the plate, we enter the inner rooms — the thought life, the nervous system, the closest relationships, and the digital environment that now colonizes our attention. These are not soft or secondary topics. The science of psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics, and trauma physiology confirms what ancient wisdom has always said: what happens inside us drives what happens in the body. This module may be the most personally challenging — and the most transformative.

  • 2.1The Toxicity of Negative Thoughts — Renewing the Mind as MedicineIncluded
  • 2.2Stress, Trauma, and the Body That Keeps ScoreIncluded
  • 2.3The Marriage and Home — Relational Toxicity and the Healing Power of Safe ConnectionIncluded
  • 2.4The Phone — Digital Toxicity, Dopamine, and Reclaiming AttentionIncluded
3

The Rooms of the House and the World — Your Environmental Toxic Load

With the inner rooms addressed, we move outward into the physical environment — the home, the water supply, the air, the electromagnetic field, and the soil. This module is the most densely scientific in the course, and it's designed to inform without overwhelming. The 'room-by-room' metaphor is literal here: we move through each category of environmental toxin systematically, always pairing the science of harm with practical, affordable steps for reduction. Students leave this module knowing exactly where the highest-leverage exposures are in their own life and home.

  • 3.1Total Toxic Load — Seeing the Whole BarrelIncluded
  • 3.2Water and the Halogens — What's Really in Your GlassIncluded
  • 3.3Iodine — The Missing Mineral at the Center of EverythingIncluded
  • 3.4EMFs — Invisible Exposures in a Wired WorldIncluded
  • 3.5Heavy Metals, PFAS, and Mold — The Hidden Body BurdenIncluded
4

The Plate — What You Eat Is Either Medicine or More Poison

Food is the domain of detoxification that most people reach for first — and that's not wrong, but without the prior modules it lacks context. Now, having mapped the inner and environmental toxic load, students arrive at the plate ready to understand food not just as nutrition but as a daily vote for or against their toxic burden. This module moves from what has gone wrong with the modern food supply to what has always been right about traditional and ancient eating — and gives students the practical tools to rebuild their plate from the ground up.

  • 4.1Excitotoxins — When Food Becomes a NeurotoxinIncluded
  • 4.2The Modern American Diet — How We Got Here and What It's Costing UsIncluded
  • 4.3Traditional Foods — What Our Great-Grandmothers KnewIncluded
  • 4.4Biblical Eating — Ancient Dietary Wisdom Through a Modern LensIncluded
5

The Tools of Restoration — Your Personal Healing Protocol

With the inner life addressed, the environment mapped and reduced, and the plate rebuilt, students are now ready for the active tools of restoration — the practices and protocols that accelerate the body's own healing. This is the most protocol-dense module in the course. The goal is not to overwhelm students with a hundred supplements and therapies but to equip them with a coherent, evidence-informed toolkit from which they can build a personalized protocol that fits their body, budget, and life. Safety, sequencing, and practitioner guidance are emphasized throughout.

  • 5.1Herbal Cleansing — Plants as PharmacistsIncluded
  • 5.2Fasting, Sweating, Juicing, and Movement — The Body's Ancient Cleansing QuartetIncluded
  • 5.3Targeted Supplementation — Filling the Gaps Without Getting Lost in the AisleIncluded
6

The Restored Life — Living Your Healing Every Day

Everything in this course has been building toward this: a life that is not defined by what it avoids but by what it has become. The Restored Life module is where students integrate every domain — inner life, environment, food, tools — into a personalized, sustainable daily rhythm. This is also where we make space for the reality that healing is not linear: there will be seasons of regression, unexpected exposures, hard days, and necessary recalibration. This module gives students the scaffolding to keep going — and the capstone gives them the words to name what they've become.

  • 6.1Building Your Personalized Restoration PlanIncluded
  • 6.2Sustaining the Restored Life — Seasons, Setbacks, and Staying the CourseIncluded
  • 6.3Capstone: Your Transformation in Your Own WordsIncluded

Coralyn Vega

If you're reading this, I'm guessing you've already done some version of the work. You've cleaned up your diet — maybe more than once. You've taken the supplements, tried the cleanses, read the labels. You might have seen practitioners who ran tests and told you everything looked "normal," even though you knew it didn't feel that way. And you've wondered, somewhere in the quiet, whether you're missing something — or whether something is being missed for you.

That wondering is what led me to build this course. I spent years piecing together a framework that could hold the whole picture — not just the food, not just the environment, not just the stress, but all of it, together, in a way that actually made sense of why so many people do so many right things and still feel unwell. What I kept finding, over and over, was that the place most healing programs never go is the place healing almost always has to start: the inner life. The thought patterns running on loop. The nervous system that never fully came down from a hard season. The relationship that drains more than it restores. The phone that quietly fragments attention and floods the brain with cortisol before breakfast. These things are not soft or secondary — they are physiological. And until we address them, the supplements and the salads can only do so much.

So this course begins there — in what I call the inner rooms — and then moves outward, systematically and without panic. We look honestly at what's in your water, your walls, your food, and your daily habits, drawing on peer-reviewed research and the kind of ancestral wisdom that generations of healthy people lived by before we had a name for any of it. We talk about excitotoxins and halogen displacement and EMFs and heavy metals — not to frighten you, but to give you the clear, calm knowledge that lets you make genuinely informed choices rather than reactive ones.

Then we get to the tools — herbs, fasting, movement, sweating, targeted supplementation — and we treat them as exactly that: tools, not magic. Each one has a place in a larger protocol, and by the time you reach that part of the course, you'll have enough context to use them wisely. The course ends where your life continues: with a personalized Restored Life plan that you write yourself, and a capstone that captures your transformation in your own voice.

I want to be honest with you: this course is not a cure, and I won't promise outcomes I can't guarantee. What I can promise is a coherent, evidence-informed, whole-person framework that respects both the complexity of your body and the intelligence you bring to your own healing. You don't need to be a practitioner to benefit from this — you just need to be someone who's ready to look at the whole picture, and to do the work one room at a time.

If that's you, I'd be honored to walk through it with you.
