Give your child the mindset to build anything
Dream It, Build It is an adventure-based online school where kids ages 8–12 discover their Big Dream, learn how to actually chase it, and finish with a real written plan — all through hands-on challenges, games, and lessons that make big ideas feel possible right now.

I built this because kids deserve the success principles early — before doubt gets loud and before the world decides what's possible for them.

A note from your teacher
Dionne Malush
Hey there — and if you're a parent reading this, I want to start by saying: I see you.
You're not here because you think something is wrong with your child. You're here because you can already see what they're capable of — and you want to give them something the regular school day just doesn't have time for. The confidence to trust themselves. A framework for going after what they want. The knowledge that they get to decide who they become. That's exactly what Dream It, Build It was built to do.
Here's the truth I kept coming back to when building this school: the principles that drive real success in life — a clear goal, unshakeable belief, a plan you can actually follow, the right people in your corner, the habit of never quitting — none of them are complicated. They're just rarely taught to kids at the age when they would do the most good. Napoleon Hill spent a lifetime studying what makes people build remarkable lives. The ideas are timeless. What was missing was a version a curious 10-year-old could actually use. So I built one.
In Dream It, Build It, your child won't just hear about big ideas — they'll do things with them. They'll name their Dream-Blockers and figure out how to face them. They'll flip the script on their inner critic. They'll map out their Success Team. They'll think through what money really is and come up with a simple business idea of their own. And in the final project, they'll write their Definite Chief Aim — a real, personal statement of where they're headed and how they're going to get there. That document? Your child wrote it. It's theirs.
I designed every lesson to feel like a new level of an adventure, because that's what growing up should feel like. Short lessons. Real challenges. Big ideas with real names — and stories that make those names stick. I talk to kids, not at them. I expect them to think, not just absorb.
If your child has even a spark of curiosity — about themselves, about the world, about what they might one day build — this is for them. Come explore. The adventure starts now.
