What you'll learn

What you'll be able to do

  • Understand how nutrition, metabolic health, muscle, movement, recovery, sleep, and lifestyle interact as an integrated whole-person system — not isolated variables.
  • Apply evidence-informed nutritional principles to build sustainable eating habits that support metabolic health and daily energy without relying on restrictive or fad-based approaches.
  • Design a progressive strength and resistance training practice tailored to your current capacity, with a clear understanding of why muscle is foundational to healthy aging.
  • Use mobility, movement, and fascial health practices to expand your physical capacity, reduce stiffness, and maintain functional independence over time.
  • Build personalized recovery and sleep protocols grounded in the physiology of restoration, so training and lifestyle habits compound rather than deplete.
  • Develop a long-term longevity and lifestyle framework — integrating all five pillars into consistent daily behavior — and confidently distinguish health education from individualized medical care.

Who it's for

Is this you?

The clinician investing in themselves

A healthcare professional who has spent years guiding patients toward better health and is finally building the rigorous personal wellness framework their own training never provided.

The research-minded woman in midlife

Navigating hormonal shifts and changing metabolism, she wants evidence-based answers — not generic advice — on how nutrition, strength, and recovery need to evolve with her.

The active older adult

Still moving and motivated, focused on preserving muscle, bone density, and functional independence — and wants a science-grounded framework to make the next decades count.

The chronic condition manager

Working closely with their medical team, wanting to deeply understand metabolic health, blood sugar, and lifestyle levers so they can show up as an informed, active participant in their own care.

The skeptical wellness seeker

Burned by fad diets and conflicting podcast advice, ready to stop collecting tips and build a coherent, integrated understanding of how the body actually works.

The performance-minded professional

Trains consistently but has nagging gaps in knowledge around recovery, sleep physiology, and mobility — and wants a curriculum that connects those dots at a level that respects their intelligence.

If you've landed here, I suspect you're someone who takes your health seriously — you read the research, you pay attention to your body, and you've grown increasingly skeptical of the certainty that seems to surround every new diet trend, supplement, or protocol. You're not looking for a quick fix. You're looking for something that actually makes sense.

I understand that position well. Over the years of clinical practice, I've watched patients and colleagues alike accumulate enormous amounts of health information — and still feel like they couldn't quite put it together into something coherent and actionable. The problem isn't a lack of effort or intelligence. The problem is that most health content is designed to be consumed in fragments, not understood as a system.

That's why I built ED Health & Vitality Academy the way I did. Every pillar — nutrition and metabolic health, muscle and strength, movement and fascial health, recovery and sleep, longevity and lifestyle integration — is taught in direct relationship to the others. You'll understand not just what to do, but why it works, and how each piece connects to the whole. When you understand why muscle is foundational to longevity, why sleep is a performance variable, why metabolic health is about far more than a number on a scale — that understanding changes your decisions permanently. No app can do that.

I also want to be honest with you about what this is. This is education, not a clinical relationship. I won't be prescribing or diagnosing — and we cover that distinction explicitly in the curriculum, because it matters. What I will do is give you the kind of rigorous, warm, science-grounded knowledge that makes you a more capable, more confident participant in your own health — and a sharper evaluator of every piece of health content the world throws at you.

If you're a clinician who has spent your career caring for others and realized your own wellness framework is overdue, this is for you. If you're a motivated adult managing a health condition alongside your medical team and want to understand the levers available to you, this is for you. If you're simply someone who wants to age with strength, mobility, and clarity — and wants to build the habits now that make that possible — you're in exactly the right place.

This curriculum is the framework I wish had existed in one place. I'm glad you found it.
