Stop refereeing. Start raising peacemakers.
In four focused weeks, you'll learn the exact tools — the Parent Reset™, the ELEVATE Framework, The Translation™, and more — to turn your family's most exhausting conflicts into the moments that actually build character.

"I don't want to give you a philosophy — I want to give you a process you can run tonight, in the middle of the actual chaos, and feel it work."

What you'll learn
What you'll be able to do
- Use the Parent Reset™ to regulate your own emotions before intervening in conflict, so you become the calm in the room instead of an escalating force.
- Apply the ELEVATE Framework's 7 steps — from Eye Level to Establish the Boundary — to guide children through real disagreements without lecturing or assigning blame.
- Use The Translation™ tool to move children from accusation to perspective-taking, helping them articulate feelings and understand what others are trying to communicate.
- Implement The Solution Ladder™ (Provide → Prompt → Release) and the 7-Day Solution Experiment™ to teach children to generate options and own their part in a problem.
- Teach children to Name It, Own It, Recognize the Impact, Repair It, and Reset — building genuine accountability and the ability to repair harm with age-appropriate independence.
- Create an ELEVATE Family Agreement™ — a shared family language and conflict process that adapts as your children grow from toddlers through teenagers.

Your Guide Team
If you've picked up this page, I'm willing to bet you're not here because parenting is going badly. You're here because you care — deeply — and the gap between how much you love your kids and how you actually sound in the middle of a conflict is breaking your heart a little.
I know that gap. I've lived it. And I've watched hundreds of parents live it too — good, thoughtful, devoted people who step into a sibling argument fully intending to be calm and fair, and walk out ten minutes later having said things they immediately regret. Not because they don't know better. Because in the heat of the moment, knowing better doesn't help if you don't have a process.
That's what I built Elevate Parenting to be: a process. Not a philosophy to agree with, not a set of values to aspire to — a step-by-step framework that works when your nervous system is activated, when your kids are screaming, when you're exhausted and you've had this exact fight before. The Parent Reset™ isn't a breathing exercise you do when you feel like it. It's a four-step sequence — Pause, Regulate, Connect, Coach — that you practice until it becomes your default response instead of escalation. The ELEVATE Framework isn't a theory. It's seven concrete steps that take you from Eye Level all the way to Establishing the Boundary, in order, in real time.
I designed this workshop to be genuinely doable. Four weeks. One new skill cluster per week. Practice prompts that use the arguments already happening in your home — because your family doesn't need a controlled environment. They need you to show up differently in the environment you already have. And if your faith is important to you, I wanted to make space for that too — which is why the Catholic, Christian, and General Spiritual integration paths are woven in for those who want them, honoring the reality that for many families, how we handle conflict is inseparable from what we believe.
Here's what I want you to hear clearly: this program is not about becoming a perfect parent. It's about becoming a consistent one. Consistent enough that your children start to feel the safety of knowing how conflict works in your home. Consistent enough that they learn — through watching you — that feelings can be named, needs can be communicated, harm can be repaired, and relationships can survive hard moments. That's not a small thing. That's the whole thing.
If you're ready to stop refereeing and start coaching — I'm ready to walk with you, week by week, tool by tool. Come join us. Your family is closer to a breakthrough than you think.
