I Created the Framework I Could Not Find

If you are here, you have probably already done a significant amount of work on yourself.

You have read the books. Perhaps you have worked with a therapist or trained as a practitioner. You understand triggers, attachment, patterns, and regulation, at least intellectually.

And yet something may still feel just out of reach.

You know why you overwork, go quiet, people-please, avoid, or try to control every detail. But knowing has not always helped you respond differently when the moment arrives.

That is what led me to create The Bubble Method.

I wanted a framework that did not begin with the assumption that something inside us needed to be fixed. I wanted language that could help us understand what our nervous systems were protecting when they learned these patterns.

Not excusing. Not bypassing. Understanding.
