Tom Graneau
If you are reading this, there is a good chance you have been responsible with money for a long time. You show up. You earn. You save what you can, pay your bills, carry some insurance, and contribute to a retirement account — and yet something still feels unresolved. Not desperate. Not reckless. Just... uncoordinated. Like you are doing most of the right things but without a clear map of where they are actually taking you.
That feeling is more common than most people admit, and it has nothing to do with intelligence or effort. It has to do with the fact that most of us were never given a complete financial framework — just fragments. A tip about budgeting here. A conversation about a 401(k) there. A life insurance policy you picked mostly by instinct. Financial education in this country tends to be either oversimplified to the point of being useless, or so technically dense it requires a professional interpreter. Neither one gives a working adult the coherent system they actually need.
Faithful FIRE was built to fill that gap. Not with motivational language or projections designed to excite you, but with a structured, sequential framework that covers the full financial picture: Foundation, Protection, Growth, and Legacy. Those four pillars are not arbitrary categories — they reflect the actual order in which sound financial decisions need to be made. You cannot invest your way out of a missing emergency reserve. You cannot plan a meaningful legacy without first protecting what you have built. Sequence matters, and most people have never had someone walk them through it clearly.
What I want for every person who comes through this program is straightforward: I want you to finish with a clear understanding of where you stand, what needs to change, and what a realistic path forward looks like for your specific household. Not a generic answer. Not an inspirational feeling that fades. A working framework you can maintain, adapt, and return to every time life changes — because it will change.
This program is grounded in values I believe deeply: personal responsibility, integrity, and stewardship. The idea that how we manage money is a reflection of what we actually prioritize — not what we say we prioritize. If those principles resonate with you, I think you will find this program speaks your language. And if you are coming from a different background but simply want a disciplined, honest approach to financial education, you are welcome here too.
I am glad you found this. Let's get to work.
