Fight back against ageism — and win
This school gives adults 45+, HR leaders, and advocates the legal knowledge, communication playbook, and organizing tools to name age discrimination, challenge it with evidence, and dismantle it for good — in the workplace, in healthcare, and in your community.

When you can name ageism precisely, document it carefully, and speak about it with confidence — it loses its power to silence you.

Who it's for
Is this you?
The experienced professional pushed out
She's 58, excellent at her job, and suddenly being 'managed out' — this school gives her the legal knowledge and advocacy language to push back with evidence.
The HR leader ready to do better
He knows his company's hiring and retirement policies probably have age-equity problems — the policy audit and redesign modules give him a concrete roadmap to fix them.
The D&I advocate expanding her scope
She champions racial and gender equity but realizes age is the gap in her organization's inclusion strategy — this school fills it.
The retiree fighting healthcare bias
He's tired of being talked over by providers and having symptoms attributed to 'just aging' — the healthcare and communication modules show him how to advocate effectively for himself.
The caregiver advocating for a loved one
She's watching her mother be dismissed and undertreated by the healthcare system and needs the language, tools, and strategies to intervene on her behalf.
The community organizer building the movement
He's done watching ageism harm his community and wants to build multigenerational coalitions and shift the public narrative — the movement-building section was made for him.

A note from your teacher

If you're reading this, there's a good chance something has already happened — or you've watched it happen to someone you care about.
Maybe you were the most experienced person in the room and somehow the least considered. Maybe your ideas were praised one week and attributed to a younger colleague the next. Maybe you're an HR professional who's realized, with some discomfort, that your own organization's policies are doing quiet damage to people based on their age — and you're not sure where to start fixing it. Maybe you're a caregiver watching an aging parent be dismissed, talked over, or undertreated.
Whatever brought you here, I want to say this clearly: what you experienced or witnessed has a name. It has legal definitions, documented patterns, and measurable economic consequences. You are not being oversensitive. You are not imagining things. And you are not without options.
This school exists because most people fighting ageism are doing it alone — without language sharp enough to name what's happening, without legal grounding firm enough to act on it, and without a community ready to stand with them. That isolation is itself a tool of the bias. When you can't name the thing, you can't fight it. When you don't know your rights, you can't enforce them. When you're going it alone, it's easier to wear you down.
What I've built here addresses all of that, systematically. We start with clear eyes — learning to identify ageism in its many forms, from blatant forced-out schemes to the subtle ageist language hiding in job postings and performance reviews. We move through the legal frameworks — the ADEA, the EEOC process, the evidence standards — in language built for humans, not law students. We build your communication skills for the conversations that matter most: with your manager, with HR, with your doctor, with your institution. And then we get strategic: your personal advocacy plan, your organization's policy audit, your coalition.
I won't promise you that this is easy work. Ageism is deeply embedded in how our workplaces, healthcare systems, and cultural narratives are built. Changing it requires clarity, persistence, and allies. What I can promise is that by the time you finish this school, you will have all three. You'll know what you're dealing with. You'll know what the law says. You'll have a plan you've written yourself. And you'll know you're not alone in carrying it out.
Come in. Let's get to work.
