So many of the people I've walked with over the years — faithful, earnest, genuinely loving people — have spent years sitting in the same pew, volunteering for whatever needed doing, and privately wondering, Is this really it? Is this what I'm supposed to be doing? They weren't ungrateful. They weren't lacking in faith. They were just… guessing. And guessing is exhausting when you know, deep down, that you were made for something specific.

That's the ache this school was built to address. Not with a personality quiz dressed up in spiritual language, and not with a list of Bible verses to memorize. But with a real, unhurried journey — the kind you might take over coffee with someone who knows the terrain and genuinely cares where you land. We start at the very beginning: what spiritual gifts actually are, where they come from, and why so many well-meaning believers have gotten confused about them. Then we take a careful walk through more than 20 distinct gifts — not skimming the surface, but pausing long enough with each one that something might catch your attention and say, Yes. That's me.

From there, we do the personal work. You'll reflect, take an assessment, read your own life story as the evidence it is, and invite the people who know you best to speak into what they see. And then — because I've watched too many discovery moments lead nowhere — we face the stuff that keeps gifts dormant: fear, comparison, the quiet voice that says you're not qualified or worthy enough. We don't skip that section. We sit with it, because that's often where the real breakthrough happens.

By the time you reach the final part of this school, you won't just have a name for your gifts. You'll have a plan. A real one, sized for your actual life and community right now — not some future, more-put-together version of yourself.
