If you've ever stumbled over the question "so, tell me about yourself" — not because you had nothing to say, but because you had too much, and none of it felt like the right thing — I want you to know: that's not a confidence problem. It's a clarity problem. And clarity is something we can work on together.

I created this school because I kept meeting brilliant, driven people — entrepreneurs, leaders, career changers — who were outwardly successful and inwardly adrift. They could describe their job title, their resume, their five-year plan. But when I asked them why — why this work, why now, why them — the room would go quiet. Not because they didn't care deeply. Because no one had ever given them the space or the structure to find out.

What you'll find in this school isn't a personality quiz or a one-size-fits-all template. It's a guided journey through three distinct layers of your identity: your origin (the moments and values that made you who you are), your mission (what you stand for and who you're here to serve), and your vision (the future you're actively building toward). Each section builds on the last. Each exercise is designed to draw out something true — not something impressive, not something polished for public consumption, but something real.

By the end, you won't just have a set of statements. You'll have a living personal manifesto — a document that holds your whole story in one place, that you can return to when decisions feel hard, when you're introducing yourself to someone new, or when you need a reminder of why you started. You'll also know how to communicate your purpose in a 60-second pitch, in writing, and in conversation — confidently, without it feeling rehearsed or hollow.

This work isn't always easy. Digging into your origin story, naming the values you've quietly held your whole life, imagining your future self with real honesty — that takes courage.
