Jesus' invitation is still the same: "Follow me."
Discover your God-given gifts, set down the burdens holding you back, and step into real, lasting service. Follow Me™ is a spiritually rich journey for individuals, couples, clergy, and ministry leaders who are ready for more than attendance. You were never meant to sit in the pew wondering whether you have anything to offer. Follow Me™ helps you become the person God has been shaping all along: someone who knows their gifts, carries only what is theirs to carry, serves from a full heart instead of an empty one, and loves the people who are hardest to love. You'll finish the course with a clear sense of who God made you to be and a calling you can put into action.

"We believe discipleship isn't about knowing more — it's about becoming who God already made you to be, and finally having the courage to go where He's been calling you."

Live by Faith. Grow in Grace. Walk in Love.
Why Follow Me™
Most of us want to serve. But somewhere along the way, we got tired, stuck, or unsure where we fit. Some of us said yes to everything and burned out. Some of us never said yes at all, because we didn't believe we had anything to give. And some of us are serving faithfully, but carrying wounds, resentments, and old patterns that make it harder than it needs to be.
Jesus' invitation is still the same: "Follow me." He doesn't ask us to earn His love. His grace comes first. Follow Me™ helps you answer that invitation with your whole life, not just your calendar.
What you'll experience
Over six to eight weeks, you'll move through four modules and every module includes stories from Scripture, practical actions, honest reflection, and a guidebook with room to write and journal.
How it works
Follow Me™ meets you where you are. Take it as a couple or on your own, at your own pace, on a Catholic or Christian path, or as a couple of different Christian traditions. The course adapts its examples and reflections to your life, whether you're newly curious about serving, a longtime volunteer, a parish or church leader, or clergy.
Couples work through the course side by side. Each spouse takes the assessments separately, then you trade guidebooks and talk: ten minutes to write, ten minutes to share. Many couples say these conversations are where the real growth happens.
What if…
What if the gift you've been overlooking is exactly what your faith community needs?
What if the weight you've carried for years was never yours to carry?
What if the person who frustrates you most is the one God is using to grow you?
What if your spouse's strengths are the missing piece in your own service?
What if every hard season you've walked through was preparing you for something you can't see yet?
And what if this is the moment you stop wondering whether God can use you, and start following Him?
The Follow Me™ Master Class. Your next step starts here.

What students say
We had served in ministry for years, but almost always separately. We were doing good things while quietly growing apart. Follow Me helped us recognize a calling we had overlooked: serving together. We began a marriage ministry in our parish, and it has grown to 50 couples. That matters deeply to us, but so does what happened between us. We began seeing gifts in each other that we had stopped noticing. We have a shared purpose now—and keep growing!
We always said our faith lives were very different. Sometimes that difference felt like distance between us. Through Follow Me, we began to understand that our gifts were different, and we could bring those gifts to the same calling. That realization changed how we lead OCIA in our parish. We appreciate what each of us contributes and share a renewed enthusiasm for accompanying people into the Church. We’re seeing renewed interest in the program, too.
I was a priest who was often recognized as the person who noticed what might go wrong. I had begun to think of myself as the one who found fault or complained. The Follow Me Master Class helped me recognize how my personality style and spiritual gifts could contribute to deeper discernment. It also challenged me to consider how my questions might sound to parishioners who were offering their time and enthusiasm. I can see a positive change in me.
We entered ministry eager to help and were surprised by how quickly we felt hurt. There were established circles, strong personalities, and decisions that seemed settled before anyone asked for our thoughts. We hadn’t expected serving in the Church to feel that way. Follow Me gave us practical ways to examine our own reactions, address difficult interactions, and understand the gifts behind different approaches. It also helped us see the other more clearly.
During my recovery, people helped me when I had very little to give back. As I grew stronger, I felt a need to repay that kindness, but I wasn’t sure where I belonged or what I could offer. This class helped me recognize that my experience had something to offer someone still struggling. I could listen with understanding. I could remember how hard it was to ask for help. I began to see a calling in the very part of my life I had once wished away. A true blessing.
We serve couples preparing for marriage, and it brings us tremendous joy. This course helped us understand how our different gifts could work together in that ministry. We became more attentive to when one of us should speak, when the other had something important to offer, and when we both needed to listen. There is something deeply moving about being trusted with a couple’s hopes and questions as they prepare for marriage. We are blessed to serve.

Your Guide Team
If you're reading this, we think we already know something about you.
You love your faith. You show up — at Mass, at church, at the volunteer sign-up sheet. You believe in Jesus Christ, and you want your life to actually reflect that belief, not just in the big moments, but on ordinary days. And yet — if you're honest — there's a quiet ache somewhere beneath all of it. A sense that you're meant for something more specific, more purposeful, more you in how you follow Him. Maybe you've never been able to name your gifts with any real confidence. Maybe you carry burdens that were never yours to carry in the first place. Maybe you've said yes to service and burned out, or you've watched a faith community you love get fractured by conflict no one knew how to handle. I want you to know: that ache is not a flaw. It's an invitation.
The Follow Me Discipleship Master Class grew out of a deep conviction that formation can't stop at information. Knowing about Jesus is not the same as following Him with your whole life — your personality, your wounds, your relational patterns, your specific, irreplaceable gifts. Real discipleship asks us to look honestly at ourselves, at our faith communities, and at the call God has been whispering through our entire story. That's what this course is designed to help you do.
We'll start with the question Jesus always starts with: Who are you? Through the Gifted & Sent™ Spiritual Gift Assessment, you'll discover — often for the first time with any real clarity — the gifts God has placed in you and how they're meant to work alongside the gifts of others. Through the Burden Inventory, you'll identify what you've been carrying that isn't yours to carry, and you'll walk through a Scripture-rooted, prayer-grounded process for laying it down. This isn't self-help. This is the ancient work of Christian freedom.
From there, we turn outward — to service, to faith community, to the beautiful and sometimes messy reality of living faith together. You'll explore servant leadership through the lens of people like Priscilla and Aquila, Moses and Jethro. You'll learn what conflict in community actually costs, and you'll gain practical, pastorally grounded tools to navigate it with honesty and love. And in the final movement of the course, you'll draw your whole journey together — your gifts, your burdens, the people who shaped you, the courage in your story — into a personal calling statement that can guide every yes and no for years to come.
Whether you're walking through this alone, with your spouse, or alongside others in your parish or ministry, our prayer is that you leave this course knowing exactly who God made you to be, and feeling genuinely sent. Not someday. Now. Come — let's follow Him together.
