Football is marketed as a physical game. And yes, the athleticism is real. But what separates players who make it from players who don't isn't always speed or size — it's processing speed. It's knowing where to look, what it means, and what to do about it before the ball is snapped. That's a teachable skill. I made Football IQ Lab because I couldn't find a curriculum that actually taught it — not the "here's what Cover 2 looks like" surface-level version, but the real film-room stuff. The pre-snap keys.
