What you'll learn

What you'll be able to do

  • Build a signature wardrobe that projects credibility and authority without losing your personal brand identity.
  • Walk into any pitch, meeting, or networking event with a rehearsed, natural presence that commands attention from the first second.
  • Master confident body language — posture, eye contact, handshake, and spatial ownership — so your nonverbals back up your words.
  • Develop and deliver a compelling, natural founder story that resonates with investors, clients, and collaborators alike.
  • Navigate high-pressure social situations (cold rooms, panel Q&As, impromptu introductions) with composure and strategic small talk.
  • Eliminate the common style, speech, and behavioral mistakes that silently undermine your credibility as a first-time founder.

Beyond 40 Construction Training

Beyond 40 Construction Training

I want to tell you something nobody said to me early enough in my founder journey.

The idea wasn't the problem. The product wasn't the problem. I was the problem — or more precisely, the version of me that showed up to important rooms without any real intention behind how I was showing up. Wrong outfit for the energy of the room. Rehearsed pitch that somehow still felt wooden. A handshake that didn't land. Nerves I thought I was hiding but absolutely was not. I was so focused on the business that I forgot I was the business — and people were evaluating me before I said a word.

If you're reading this, I suspect you know that feeling. You've done the work on the inside — the product, the deck, the market research — but something about the outside still feels uncertain. You walk into a networking event and don't quite know how to work it. You leave a pitch feeling like you didn't fully show up as the person you know yourself to be. You wonder if your clothes, your posture, your story, your handshake are quietly working against you. That gap between who you are and how you're being perceived? That's exactly what The Founder's Edge is designed to close.

This curriculum is everything I wish I'd had laid out in one place: how to dress with strategic intention on any budget, how to build physical presence that commands attention from the moment you walk in, how to craft a founder story that actually connects — in 30 seconds or 10 minutes — and how to stay composed when the room gets hard. This isn't about becoming someone you're not. It's about making sure the person you already are is coming through loud and clear. The Founder Archetype framework, the Modular Pitch, the Pre-Game Ritual for nerves, the 30-Day Presence Practice Plan — these aren't concepts. They're tools I wish someone had handed me earlier.

The investors, clients, and partners you're trying to reach are making unconscious judgments from the second you enter the room. That's not cynical — it's human. And once you understand that, it becomes an enormous opportunity. Because presence is learnable. Story is learnable. Composure is learnable. And the founder who masters these things alongside a great business? That's the founder who gets the room, keeps the room, and wins the deal.

I built this school because the soft skills aren't soft — they're the edge. And I'd love to give you that edge. Come learn with me.
