Trade Chronic Overwhelm for Gospel-Grounded Peace
This isn't another self-help reset — it's a faith-rooted, action-oriented school that walks you from burnout to sustainable peace using biblical wisdom and practical tools that actually work in your real, demanding life.

"I believe biblical wisdom and practical tools belong in the same room — and that lasting peace is built, not stumbled into."

Who it's for
Is this you?
The Burned-Out Professional
She's high-performing and faith-filled, but running on fumes — and needs more than a weekend retreat to find her way back to sustainable.
The Ministry Leader
He carries the weight of a congregation and rarely lets anyone carry him — this school gives him the theological permission and practical tools to finally change that.
The Stretched Caregiver
She gives constantly to those in her care and has quietly pushed her own needs to the margins — here she learns that stewardship includes herself.
The Overcommitted Dad
He keeps saying yes — to work, church, family, and community — and needs a framework to finally audit his load and protect what matters most.
The People-Pleasing Believer
She knows loving others is the call, but hasn't yet learned the difference between loving service and compulsive yes-saying — this school names that line clearly.
The Seasoned Saint in a Hard Season
She's walked with God for decades but finds herself unexpectedly overwhelmed — and wants tools that honor both her faith depth and her real exhaustion.

Olga C Bezrukova
If you're reading this, I already have a pretty good idea of what your days feel like.
There's always more to do than there is day to do it. The people who depend on you are real, and their needs are real, and you genuinely love them — but you're tired in a way that a good night's sleep doesn't fix. You've prayed about it. You've had the "margin" conversation with yourself more than once. You might have even taken a break and felt the pressure rush right back in the moment you returned. You wonder sometimes if this is just what faithfulness looks like — carrying a lot, quietly, without complaint.
I want to gently, firmly tell you: it doesn't have to be this way.
I built this school because I kept encountering the same gap — between what Christians believe about peace and what they actually experience. The belief is real. The desire is genuine. But somewhere between theology and Tuesday morning, the tools weren't there. We had sermons on rest and almost nothing on how to regulate a nervous system that's been running hot for three years. We had convictions about boundaries and very little on how to hold one in a ministry context without feeling like you've failed someone. That gap is exactly what this school is designed to close.
Every unit here moves from truth to practice. We'll start by building an honest picture of what stress is actually doing to you — across your mental, emotional, physical, relational, environmental, and digital life — because you can't change what you haven't clearly seen. Then we'll build your toolkit: breathing, grounding, rest, movement, spiritual anchors — practices that are both neurologically sound and biblically grounded, because I don't believe those two things are in competition. We'll do the hard, freeing work of auditing your commitments, naming the spiritual roots of overcommitment, and learning what Spirit-led boundaries actually look like when you live them out. We'll walk through how to navigate high-pressure seasons without losing your footing — and how to build daily and weekly rhythms that generate peace, not just postpone breakdown. And we'll close by building something you keep: your own Stress & Recovery Plan, personal to you, useful every demanding season for the rest of your life.
You don't have to be in crisis to be here. You don't have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to move from pressure toward peace — one honest, practical, grace-filled step at a time. I'm glad you're here. Let's begin.
