Hey — if you're reading this, I'm guessing one of two things is true. Either you're a teenager who's been asked "so what do you want to do with your life?" approximately 900 times and you're tired of not having a real answer. Or you're a parent watching a smart kid drift without direction, and the usual advice — talk to your guidance counselor, go to the career fair, follow your passion — just isn't cutting it.
I get both of those feelings. I've spent a long time working with young people who are sharp, curious, and genuinely talented, but completely undersold because no one ever taught them how to see their own strengths clearly, let alone how to communicate them.
