Maybe you've read Esther before. Maybe you've even taught it. And somewhere in the back of your mind, you've felt it — that sense that there's more in there than you've been able to reach. More drama. More theological weight. More of you in her story than you know how to name.

That feeling is exactly why I built Her Royal Story.

I wanted to create the Bible study I always wished existed — one that takes the Word of God with complete seriousness and also takes the story seriously. Esther isn't a flannel-board figure. She was a young woman hiding a secret in a foreign palace, navigating real political terror, and being asked to risk everything for people she loved. The biblical text is extraordinary — but most of us have never been given the tools to step all the way inside it. That's what this study does. Through first-person letters written in Esther's voice, a live AI avatar you can actually question, and a community experience designed to be genuinely joyful, we go into the palace together.

I know that some of you come to this a little wary of "creative" Bible study. You want depth, not decoration. I hear that — and I promise you, Her Royal Story does not sacrifice an ounce of theological rigor for the sake of a good story. Every letter is anchored in Scripture. Every cultural detail is researched. Every theme — providence, identity, intercession, the "such a time as this" calling — is traced through the biblical text with care. The creativity isn't a substitute for the scholarship; it's the vehicle for it.

I also know some of you are lonely in your faith right now. Maybe your Bible study group has scattered. Maybe you've outgrown the surface-level discussion questions and you're hungry for something that goes further. The community woven into this study — the trading-card swaps, the Royal Decrees, the conversations that Esther's letters tend to unlock — those aren't extras. They're part of the transformation. We were never meant to read Scripture in isolation, and Esther's story, of all stories, proves it.

By the time you reach Letter No. 14 — "To every woman who reads this after me" — I want you to receive it as your own commission. Not just Esther's legacy, but yours. You'll leave this study with a richer, more story-rooted framework for reading every heroine in Scripture, and a clearer sense of what your own "such a time as this" moment might be asking of you.

The palace gates are open. Come inside.
