Phase 1 AI Transformation Roadmap — Designing Your HIOS-Anchored Strategy

The capstone module. Learners integrate everything from the preceding five modules into a concrete, personalized Phase 1 AI Transformation Roadmap anchored in the HIOS framework, the 36° DNA™, and the Human Impact Advantage™ principles. The module moves through three progressive lessons: diagnosing readiness, designing the roadmap, and presenting and activating it. Learners also retrieve and reflect on their original commitment contracts from Module 1, closing the inside-out arc of the entire course.
