Students move from understanding to building. This module covers the craft of prompt engineering for business contexts, then walks hands-on through Claude Projects, OpenAI Assistants, and Gemini Gems as the three primary agent environments. It closes by connecting agents to proprietary business knowledge via NotebookLM — the critical step that transforms a generic AI into a company-specific one. Prerequisites: Module 1 completed.
