G.I 2 A.I FOUNDATION
If you're in HR right now, you're probably fielding more questions about AI than you have confident answers for — from your leadership team, your hiring managers, and maybe even yourself. You're not sure which tools are worth your time, you've heard enough about "AI bias" to be nervous but not enough to know what to actually do about it, and you definitely don't have hours to spend learning to code.
I built HR AI Institute because that gap — between the AI hype swirling around HR and the practical, trustworthy guidance HR professionals actually need — was too wide to ignore. Everything in this curriculum comes from real HR workflows: the messy, deadline-driven, compliance-aware work of recruiting, workforce planning, and people operations. No toy examples. No tech-for-tech's-sake detours.
Here's what I want for you by the time you finish: I want you to sit down with your hiring manager and confidently walk through an AI-assisted sourcing workflow. I want you to look at a turnover risk report and know exactly what question to ask next. I want you to hand your CHRO or your team lead an AI use policy you actually drafted — not something you copy-pasted from a blog post. And I want you to have a credential and a portfolio piece that signal, clearly and credibly, that you are someone who leads on this stuff.
The responsible AI module exists because I think it's the most important part. Knowing how to use these tools is only half the job — knowing how to use them fairly, in ways that hold up to EEOC scrutiny and your own professional ethics, is what separates the HR professionals who build trust with AI from the ones who create liability. We go deep on that here, and we don't treat compliance as a checkbox.
You don't need a technical background. You don't need to already be using AI tools. You just need to show up, work through the material, and be willing to build something real in the Capstone. The field is moving fast — this is your on-ramp. I'm glad you're here, and I can't wait to see what you create.
