I created this school and the 5HAMIS Principles because I know what it feels like to be accomplished on the outside and untethered on the inside. I know what it's like to reach a milestone and feel… empty. To look at a life you built and wonder whose life it actually is. That experience is far too common among Black women over 40 — women who have given generously and brilliantly, and who deserve to now give that same energy to themselves.
This school is not a quick-fix or a motivational boost. It's a real, structured, soul-level process. Inside, you'll use the Illuminate and Soar workbook as your personal field guide and move through the 5HAMIS Principles — a framework I developed specifically to help women like you cut through the noise, reconnect with your authentic identity, and build a forward vision that actually excites you.
