Friend, if you are reading this, I believe it is not by accident.

Maybe you have been leading for years — serving faithfully, carrying responsibility, pouring yourself out — and yet somewhere deep in your spirit, there is an ache. A hunger that another leadership book hasn't satisfied. A sense that what you need is not another set of strategies, but something more foundational. Something that changes you — not just your methods. I know that hunger. I have felt it myself. And I believe it is the Holy Spirit drawing you into a deeper place of formation.

That is why Jubilee Leadership Institute exists. Not to give you a title or a credential to hang on a wall — but to walk with you through the kind of transformation that makes leadership sustainable, holy, and fruitful for the long haul. We begin with character, because the Kingdom of God is not built on gifted personalities — it is built on men and women who have been through the crucible and come out smelling like Jesus. And we equip you — specifically, practically — in your fivefold calling, your sphere of influence, and your ability to raise other leaders after you.

I want to be honest with you about something: what we do here is not easy. We are going to look at your leadership through the lens of humility, not ambition. We are going to talk about submission and authority in an age that bristles at both. We are going to ask you to fast, to pray, to sit in silence before God, and to write a covenant that holds you accountable to who He has called you to be. There will be moments in this journey that feel more like surrender than success. I promise you — those are the moments that matter most.

But here is the other side of that promise: sons and daughters are raised here. You will not walk out the other side alone. You will emerge from this institute with a mentor beside you, a covenant in your hand, a community around you, and a real assignment in front of you. You will know your calling with biblical clarity. You will lead from a place of rest and authority rather than striving and insecurity. And you will begin to raise up the next generation — not because you have all the answers, but because you have been formed into someone worth following.
