GARY B FOUCHA

GARY B FOUCHA

If you're researching the Louisiana P&C adjuster license, you already know the problem: the exam covers an enormous amount of ground, the study materials out there are either too generic or too dense to be useful, and nobody's telling you which parts actually matter versus which parts are noise.

I built LA Adjuster Boot Camp because that gap frustrated me. Insurance policy language is not inherently confusing — it's just almost always taught in a way that's disconnected from how adjusters actually use it. When you understand why a CGL policy distinguishes between occurrence and claims-made forms, or why coinsurance matters when you're valuing a commercial property loss, it stops being memorization and starts being logic. That's the shift this course is designed to create.

Every module in this course is sequenced deliberately. We don't drop you into the deep end with commercial lines — we build your foundation first with contract law and P&C basics, so that when you get to a Business Owners Policy or an Inland Marine floater, you already have the mental framework to understand it. Real policy scenarios run throughout, so you're not just reading definitions, you're applying them to the situations that show up on the exam and in the field.

The Louisiana-specific content is not an afterthought here. The LDI's authority, the Insurance Code provisions adjusters are actually held to, the licensing application process, conduct standards, and continuing education rules — that's all covered in detail, because the exam tests it and because your license depends on it.

By the final module, you'll have worked through every major personal and commercial line, walked a complete claim from first notice of loss to settlement, and run through a full exam simulation. You won't be hoping you studied the right things. You'll know you did. I'm glad you're here — let's get you licensed.
