Communicate like the leader you're becoming

The goal is always your voice, sharpened — not a voice that sounds like everyone else's AI output.

You'll audit your own communication, work with real frameworks like the High-Impact Message Blueprint and Narrative Architecture for presentations, and use AI tools to cut your prep time while raising your output quality. You'll cover the full stakeholder map — boards, C-suite, teams, clients — because the biggest communication mistakes I see senior leaders make are calibration errors: right message, wrong register, wrong moment.

I also don't skip the hard conversations. The feedback module goes into the neuroscience of why most feedback doesn't change behavior, gives you a framework that does, and then lets you rehearse it with AI before you're sitting across from someone. And the section on receiving feedback as a senior leader is one I haven't seen treated seriously anywhere else — but it's one of the most visible signals of the culture you're building.
