The Ministry Leader Scaling Up

She leads a small ministry team and is ready to build real accountability rhythms, define roles, and mentor the next wave of evangelists under her care.

The Campus or Community Evangelist

He's on the ground reaching young people and diverse communities and needs a culturally fluent, Gospel-faithful framework that works in real conversations, not just pulpit settings.

The Cross-Cultural Missionary

She's called to reach communities very different from her own and wants practical tools to adapt her Gospel communication across cultural lines without softening its truth.

The Seasoned Believer Ready to Lead

He's spent years in the faith and feels a growing call to evangelize more intentionally — he needs the structure and courage-building framework to finally step into it.

The Solo Starter

She has the calling, the passion, and almost no team — and she needs a step-by-step plan to build her mission, her habits, and the right people around her from the ground up.

I want to speak directly to something you may not have said out loud yet.

You feel the weight of the call — genuinely. You've said yes to God in prayer, maybe many times. But somewhere between that moment of conviction and the messy reality of calendars, resistant conversations, team conflict, and the relentless pull of other urgent things, the vision gets blurry. Not because your faith is weak. Because nobody gave you a map.

I've been in the field long enough to know that passion without a plan gets exhausted. And I've watched too many gifted, called leaders burn out, drift, or quietly shelve the mission — not because God wasn't in it, but because they were trying to build something with their heart alone, without the strategic framework that turns a burden into a movement. That is the gap I built Lionhearted Leaders to close.

This school is 90 days of doing the work — real, specific, actionable work. You will write your mission statement. You will map your priorities. You will design follow-up systems so new contacts don't just fall away. You will figure out how to have Gospel conversations that are confident without being canned, culturally sensitive without being spineless. You will build or strengthen a team — with real roles, real accountability, and a culture that doesn't collapse when things get hard. And when the 90 days are done, you will sit down and plan the next season. Because that's what sustainable evangelistic leadership looks like.

I won't pretend this school asks nothing of you — it will ask a great deal. But I believe with everything in me that the men and women reading these words right now are exactly the kind of leaders the Kingdom needs. Not perfect. Not necessarily polished. Lionhearted. Willing to be honest about where they are and courageous enough to move anyway.

Come and build something that lasts. The world is waiting, and so is the team you haven't fully gathered yet. Let's get to work.
