Move from passive belief to multiplying discipleship

I know what it's like to sit in a pew — or a small-group circle — and quietly wonder if there's supposed to be more to this. More depth. More clarity. More of that fruitful, rooted, alive kind of faith you read about in the Gospels but can't quite seem to get your hands on. If that's where you are right now, I want you to know: that longing isn't restlessness or ingratitude. It's a holy invitation. And you don't have to figure out the path alone.

Living For Him Academy grew out of a conviction I couldn't shake: that most believers are never given a map. They're given information — sermons, podcasts, devotionals — but not a coherent, interconnected pathway from first faith to multiplying maturity. So they stay stuck, not for lack of desire, but for lack of direction. What I've tried to build here is that map: three distinct but deeply connected pathways that together cover every dimension of the disciple's life — doctrine, roadmap, and daily rhythm — each one designed to send you back into real relationships and real mission, not further into your own head.

Here's what I want you to understand about how these lessons are built: every single one ends with a clear, livable next step. Not because I don't trust you with complexity — I do — but because I believe formation happens in the ordinary Tuesday, not just in the inspired moment. We'll go deep into the Trinity, into the stages of spiritual growth, into what Lectio Divina actually feels like in practice, into how to walk someone else through the very journey you're on right now. And then we'll ask: What's one thing you'll do this week?

I also want to be honest about what this Academy is not. It isn't a replacement for your local church, your pastor, or the people around your table. If anything, I hope it makes you a more committed, more fruitful, more deeply rooted member of exactly the community you're already part of. The Life Groups, the mentoring relationships, the local mission — those aren't add-ons. They're the soil. These pathways are seeds. I can't wait to see what God grows.
