1

Know What You Actually Stand For

Before any meaningful life design can begin, students must excavate their authentic values — not the ones they've inherited or performed, but the ones that genuinely drive their best decisions. This foundational module ensures every subsequent choice in the curriculum is anchored to something real and personal.

  • 1.1The Values You Live By vs. The Values You Think You HaveIncluded
  • 1.2Naming and Defining Your Core Values With PrecisionIncluded
  • 1.3Using Your Values as a Decision-Making CompassIncluded
2

See Your Life Clearly — The Honest Assessment

With values established, students now turn an honest lens on the current state of their life. This module closes the gap between self-perception and reality, revealing precisely where time and energy are being invested versus where genuine fulfillment lies — creating the factual baseline that makes a meaningful vision possible.

  • 2.1The Full-Life Time AuditIncluded
  • 2.2Mapping Fulfillment Across Life's Key DomainsIncluded
3

Build Your Life Vision

Armed with clear values and an honest life assessment, students now construct a vivid, written life vision across every key domain. This module transforms vague aspiration into a concrete, emotionally resonant north star — one specific and compelling enough to guide daily decisions and long-term planning.

  • 3.1What a Real Life Vision Looks Like (And Doesn't)Included
  • 3.2Designing Your Vision Across Every DomainIncluded
  • 3.3From Vision to Navigational North StarIncluded
4

Break Free From Inertia and Other People's Expectations

A compelling vision means little if the psychological and social forces holding students in place aren't directly confronted. Placed here — after vision is built but before action planning begins — this module ensures students dismantle the inner and outer resistance that would otherwise quietly sabotage every ritual and plan they design.

  • 4.1Diagnosing What's Actually Keeping You StuckIncluded
  • 4.2Dismantling the Expectations TrapIncluded
  • 4.3Moving Through Fear Without Waiting for It to DisappearIncluded
5

Design Your Daily and Weekly Rituals

Vision and values only become a lived reality through consistent, repeated behavior. This module helps students architect a daily and weekly rhythm that structurally embeds their intentions — designing rituals that are specific to their vision, resilient enough to survive disruption, and reviewed regularly enough to remain alive.

  • 5.1The Architecture of an Intentional DayIncluded
  • 5.2Building Rituals That Actually StickIncluded
  • 5.3The Weekly Review — Your Intentional Living AnchorIncluded
6

Your 90-Day Purposeful Action Plan

All prior work — values, vision, honest assessment, inner work, and rituals — now converges into a concrete, executable 90-day plan. This module teaches students to translate their north star into time-bound goals, build a personal accountability architecture, and create a long-term review system that sustains intentional living well beyond the course itself.

  • 6.1Translating Vision Into Concrete 90-Day GoalsIncluded
  • 6.2Building Your Personal Accountability SystemIncluded
  • 6.3Sustaining Intentional Living Beyond 90 DaysIncluded

Is this you?

The high-achieving hollow

You've hit the milestones everyone said would feel great — and you're waiting for the feeling that hasn't arrived.

The mid-life re-evaluator

You're in your 40s or 50s and quietly asking: is this it, or is there still time to design something more intentional?

The career crossroads navigator

You're weighing a pivot — a new role, a different path — and need clarity on your own values before you can choose wisely.

The people-pleasing professional

You've spent years building a life shaped by others' expectations and are finally ready to figure out what you actually want.

The burned-out builder

You've given everything to work or family and lost the thread of your own identity, purpose, and direction along the way.

Jonathan Jefferson

I want to start by saying something that might feel a little uncomfortable: if you're here, you're probably doing fine by most external measures. You have responsibilities, maybe a career that looks good from the outside, people who depend on you. And yet there's this persistent, quiet sense that something is off — that you're busy with the wrong things, or busy in the right things for the wrong reasons. That feeling isn't ingratitude. It's information.

I built this school because I kept meeting people — thoughtful, capable, genuinely good people — who were living lives they'd never quite consciously chosen. Not because they were weak or directionless, but because life has a way of making the default path the path of least resistance. You take the job that made sense at 24. You stay because leaving feels risky. You fill your weekends with obligations that somehow became permanent. And one day you look up and realize your calendar is full but your sense of meaning is running on empty.

What I've found, over and again, is that the way out isn't more motivation or better habits — at least, not yet. The way out starts with honesty. Honest about the values you're actually living (which are written in your time and your bank account, not your journal). Honest about where your life is genuinely fulfilling and where it's quietly draining you. Honest about the fear and the expectations — other people's and your own — that have been quietly making your decisions for you. That's where this school begins, and it doesn't rush past that part.

From there, we build. A life vision that's specific enough to navigate by. Rituals that reinforce the life you're designing rather than the one you drifted into. A 90-day plan that's concrete without being rigid. And a weekly practice that keeps you honest with yourself long after the course is done.

I won't promise you this is easy — I'd be doing you a disservice if I did. Real reflection is uncomfortable sometimes. Dismantling the expectations that have shaped your choices takes courage. But the work in this school is also the most worthwhile kind: the kind where you come out the other side feeling like you're finally the author of your own life, not just a supporting character in everyone else's.

If any part of you recognizes the life I've been describing, I'd like to invite you in. Let's do this properly.
