Make math finally make sense
From fractions and place value all the way to trigonometry and pre-calculus — Math Foundations gives grades 4–12 a clear, step-by-step path where every concept builds on the last, and nothing gets left behind.

I built this school because I believe every student can genuinely understand math — they just need it explained clearly, one honest step at a time.— Lilgod Isreal

Who it's for
Is this you?
The struggling middle schooler
They've hit a wall with fractions or ratios and need patient, step-by-step lessons that rebuild their confidence before it's too late.
The high school student playing catch-up
Algebra or geometry never fully clicked, and they need to fill in the gaps before exams — or before taking the next course.
The homeschooling parent
They want a structured, curriculum-aligned math program they can trust to take their child from arithmetic all the way through pre-calculus.
The parent who wants to actually help
They remember some of the rules but not the reasoning, and want to re-learn alongside their child so homework time stops being a struggle.
The SAT/ACT-prepping junior
They want to sharpen the core algebra, geometry, and function skills that make up the math sections of standardized tests.
The advanced 4th–5th grader
They're ready to move beyond basic arithmetic and want to explore fractions, ratios, and early algebraic thinking at their own accelerated pace.

A note from your teacher

If you're reading this, there's a good chance math has felt frustrating — for you, for your student, or for both of you. Maybe a concept got fuzzy somewhere around fractions, and everything after that felt shaky. Maybe high school algebra arrived and suddenly the numbers had letters and nothing made sense anymore. Maybe you're a parent trying to help with homework and realizing you don't fully remember why the rules work — only that they do.
I've seen this pattern a lot. And here's what I want you to know: the problem almost never is that someone "isn't a math person." The problem is usually that somewhere along the way, a foundational piece got rushed past — and when you build on a shaky foundation, everything wobbles. That's exactly what Math Foundations is designed to fix.
This school is built on one core belief: that math clicks when you see why each step works, not just what to do. So every unit starts with the concept itself — what it means, where you'd actually use it — and then walks through it step by step with worked examples before asking students to practice. We go from place value and fractions all the way through trigonometric ratios, logarithms, and sequences, and at every stage the goal is the same: genuine understanding, not memorized procedures.
The curriculum is split into two tracks that flow into each other. The grades 4–8 track builds the number sense, fraction fluency, ratio reasoning, and algebraic thinking that make high school math possible. The high school track takes those foundations and runs with them — linear functions, quadratics, geometry, and the advanced topics that bridge algebra and calculus. Students can start wherever they need to, move at their own pace, and come back to anything that needs more time.
Whether you're a student working through this independently, a parent co-learning alongside your child, or a homeschooling family looking for real structure — this school was made for you. Come in, take a breath, and let's take math one clear step at a time. You're more capable than you think.
