Meal Planning Without the Misery™ by Nas the Chef

Tired of the Sunday Spiral?

You open the fridge on Wednesday night, stare into the void, and order takeout — again. It's not that you don't want to cook. It's that nobody ever taught you the system behind the cooking. Recipes are easy to find. A rhythm that doesn't collapse by Tuesday? That's harder.

That's exactly what this course fixes.

What You'll Actually Learn

Nas the Chef — a certified culinary professional who has cooked in professional kitchens and fed a real household on real budgets — breaks down meal planning into a repeatable, low-stress framework built for normal people with normal schedules. You'll learn how to map your week realistically, shop with a single focused list, prep ingredients (not full meals) in under 90 minutes, and turn leftovers from an afterthought into a strategic advantage. No meal-prep influencer aesthetics. No 47-container fridge photos. Just a system that works.

This Is Not a Diet Program

This course has nothing to do with calories, macros, or eating a certain way. It's about logistics — the unglamorous, game-changing skill of knowing what you're eating before 6pm on a weeknight. Whether you cook for one, feed a family of five, or land somewhere in between, the framework adapts to your life. By the end, you won't just have a meal plan. You'll have the ability to make one every single week, for the rest of your life.

Why Learn From Nas?

Nas the Chef brings professional kitchen discipline — mise en place, waste reduction, ingredient utilization — and translates it into a home kitchen language that's practical, warm, and immediately usable. This is the class your culinary school friends have been giving you for free over dinner. Now it's structured, sequenced, and yours to keep.

What you'll be able to do

  • Build a personalized weekly meal planning system you can execute in under 30 minutes each week
  • Write a single, consolidated grocery list organized by store section that eliminates backtracking and impulse buys
  • Execute a weekly ingredient prep session in 90 minutes or less that makes every weeknight meal faster
  • Identify and use your 'anchor ingredients' — versatile proteins and vegetables that stretch across multiple meals
  • Reduce household food waste by at least 50% using a chef's waste-reduction framework
  • Build a personal recipe rotation of 15–20 reliable meals that form the backbone of your weekly planning
  • Recover gracefully when the plan falls apart — adapting mid-week without abandoning the system entirely
  • Apply professional kitchen thinking (mise en place, batch cooking, ingredient utilization) to a home kitchen context

Hi, I’m Nas the Chef, creator of Cooking With Love by Nas the Chef™. I have been cooking since I was 5 years old, when I first stepped into a cooking class and fell in love with the kitchen. What started as curiosity became a lifelong calling. I am a certified chef with culinary school training and over 40 years of cooking experience — from home kitchens to catered events, private dinners, and special meals prepared for people who still remember how the food made them feel. One of the greatest honors of my culinary journey was catering a dinner for White House staff during Ramadan. That moment reminded me that food is never just food. It is service. It is memory. It is culture. It is love on a plate. I cook the way I live — with heart, intention, flavor, and care. Whether I am feeding family, hosting dinner, catering an event, or teaching someone how to stop being afraid in the kitchen, my goal is always the same: make the food unforgettable and make the person cooking it feel capable. Cooking With Love by Nas the Chef™ was created for everyday people who want real kitchen confidence. You do not need a fancy kitchen. You do not need expensive ingredients. You do not need to know all the chef words before you start. You just need someone to show you what matters, explain it in plain language, and help you trust yourself. That is what I am here to do. Let’s cook with skill, soul, and love.
